Small Beginnings
Starting Small (couldn’t resist not posting this cute pic of my “small” kiddos!! )
How many times have you gone out and bought “all the things” you need to get started on the newest diet you’re trying?
Tupperware.
Oils.
Blenders.
Supplements.
Shaker bottles.
Food you’ve never heard of & aren’t all that excited to try.
…and after those first few weeks, where is all this stuff? Piled up in a cabinet, collecting dust, or moldy & thrown out.
We’re so focused on doing everything NOW, that we forget to take a cue from babies…and learn how to live our “new” lives ONE step at a time
When we try to overhaul - we actually get STUCK. It’s too much, too soon, on top of lives that are already TOO busy.
My special challenge for YOU for the next few days…your OWN starting small step (just like I’d give my clients in my program, Warrior Fit Academy)
I want you to take a 3 minute break in the middle of your day today.
Set a timer for 3 minutes (ask Siri to LOL)
Step outside, away from your desk, back from the laundry & dish piles
JUST breathe & exist. No scrolling, texting, phone calls. This is FOR YOU.
Repeat throughout the day as necessary (make sure to try this at LEAST 1x per day, the more, the better!)
