I am soooooo pumped to not only wish this amazing Warrior a Happy Birthday, but also celebrate her results since joining the program!!!
Rachael joined the program 5 months and these were her goals when she started...
- In the first 6 Months she wanted to lose 20 to 30lbs.
- Obtain better eat better habits
- Workout 4-5 days a week on the regular
- Mentally like herself and build confidence
I am here to tell you that she has not only reached those goals, but also has made so many new habits a working part of her life already!!
Here is how her life has started to change in just 5 months of being consistent. And NO she did not have to give up everything she loves to do it!! She still enjoyed a couple vacations, going out with friends, and even survived a move.
- Lost 19lbs, 28.75 inches, and 3%BF
- Created better eating habits while still enjoying some of the foods she loves
- Works out consistently 4-5x per week
- Has incorporated a daily quiet time routine to help keep her mindset strong so she can stay on track
- Is feeling more confident and loving herself again
